Towards the future with New Leadership

Firstly I would like to thank you for your support in 2009. POS POS is entering a new era in 2010. POS POS has always been a very dynamic business and as such I believe we need to evolve and change in order to deliver the best results for our business and for our channel. I believe it is time to look towards the future with new leadership.

It is with great pleasure that I announce, that as of today Daniel Danielli will be succeeding me in the role of CEO for POS POS. Although this is a formal announcement Daniel has been one of the primary drivers of the growth and success of POS POS and to a certain extent has already been leading the business for the past 12 months.

Daniel brings a lot of skill to the table and has demonstrated himself capable of managing all facets of the business. He has an intimate understanding of our business today and where it needs to be for the future. I am confident in his skill and ability to lead the business moving forward.

Daniel will be well supported by our talented executive management team which comprises of Vik Devjee (Director - Sales & Marketing) and Hilton Heathfield (CFO). The extended management team which includes Grant Cleland and Dominic Corkeron will also have a strong leadership focus to ensure all aspects of the business are covered.

As for myself I will assume the role of Chairman - Executive Director. Whilst I will not have a focus on the day to day aspects of the business I will still remain involved in the strategic outlook and capitalisation of the business. I will be in weekly contact with the management team and will assist in all business aspects if needed to ensure POS POS deliver's on our customer, vendor and shareholder expectations.

This for me is not an early retirement but merely a change of pace. Importantly it is also a change that recognises the capability of the management team and the requirement of the business for this new type of leadership.
